Don’t Be Afraid To Say No
If your boss asks wants you to come in for an extra shift but you have a 50 point exam in two days, do not be afraid to say no. You are not a superhuman.
It’s okay to say “no” if you have other commitments.
And Above All… Don’t Forget To Relax
A fair amount of stress can be beneficial, motivating you to do your best. But too much stress can have adverse effects to both your mental and physical health. Some of these negative health effects include increased risk for heart disease, hair loss, and more.
Taking a moment to break away from the hectic whirlwind of life and just wind down.
